INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (ARTICLE 13 EU REG. 2016/679)

 

In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "GDPR" or "EU Reg. 2016/679"),  we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided by you in connection with your request for assistance on the website www.skyfallrealestate.com . The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the websites of the owner, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties. This is an information that is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, (hereinafter "Information").

2. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

Personal data or any information concerning an interested party, with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological identity, economic, cultural or social - cf. art. 4, c. 1, no. 1 GDPR.

We inform you, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679, general regulation on data protection, that the personal data you provide or otherwise acquired by the Data Controller in compliance with the laws in force, may be processed, in compliance with the aforementioned law. and the obligations of confidentiality.

The processing of personal data must be understood as: "any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or a set of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring , storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or the destruction".

6. PLACE OF PROCESSING OF THE DATA COLLECTED AND TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU

The processing and storage in computerized and telematic archives may take place at the Data Controller's operational headquarters, in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located, or wherever the subjects providing the data hosting services are located.

Personal data will not be processed outside the EU Area (EEA).

 

7. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

When we need to collect your personal data, we make sure it is as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

We keep your personal data for the time necessary to allow us to fulfill the purposes for which your data were collected and, in any case, as required or permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

If the personal data we collect is no longer necessary for any purpose and we are not required to keep it by law, we will do everything possible to delete, destroy or anonymize it.
